Our device is located just before the point where the belt comes into contact with the head pulley

  • The SPAR 2 protects the nip point located at the precise point where the belt comes into contact with the conveyor head drum.
  • Is made of two rigid polyurethane foam blocks that adjust to the shape of the belt
  • is designed to provide long-lasting protection if properly installed
  • Can accommodate belts from 500 mm to 1600 mm wide ( max φ >650 mm please contact us)
