Conveyor belt loading points can represent a critical point in the life cycle of a conveyor belt.
Indeed, the fall of heavy materials to a certain height releases a significant amount of energy and makes hard works on the part bellow the belt.
This high rate energy must be able to be absorbed to preserve the life of the conveyor.
The chain SPARET is a troughing mattress intended for all types of belt conveyors. It eliminates the risks associated with nip points, which are particularly dangerous at loading points. The SPARET with chains facilitates the correct positioning of the materials on the belt ensuring an excellent seal.
The new SPARET EX loading point is made with Polyethylene sliding bars fixed to the support stations. It is designed to directly replace the rollers under the transfer areas.
The SPARGAET eliminates traditional charging stations and systems. It eliminates the risks associated with particularly dangerous in-running angles at loading points. The SPARGAET facilitates the correct positioning of materials on the belt.

Le SPARGA se compose de deux joues très résistantes en Polyspar supportées par des rails réglables montés sur plots amortisseurs.Les rails latéraux permettent de relever la bande et de constituer une auge à 75°.

The SPARGA trough can be used for grain sizes up to 150 mm and head heights of less than 2 m.
SPARGA is available for belt widths from 500 to 1200 mm.
The transition and troughing area should be 1.5 to 2 times the width of the belt, depending on belt type and speed.

The SPARMAT offers three degrees of using :

For cases where belt adjustment is difficult, e.g. for belts with two directions of travel, an AC self-centering model is available.
